Cranford EngineeringCranford Engineering offer general engineering to businesses both locally and nationwide whilst also making steel moulds for the rubber industry.

The Browning family have been working from premises at the rear of Craddocks Parade since 1940 making moulds for the rubber industry and associated trades. In the early days most of the products from the moulds (tools) were for the motor industry, we made tools for many of the famous names such as Ford, Vauxhall, Jaguar, Triumph and General Motors. We also made tools for well known domestic appliance companies such as Goblin, Electrolux, Hoover and Dyson to name a few. Products we made the tools for have been shown on News at Ten and on the Tomorrows World TV programme.
Cranford have now diversified into new areas, making parts for other manufacturers as well as working for local garages.
